Intimacy Coaching
Though I work with all clients from all walks of life, I am particularly focused on women’s power and agency in sexual space. My practice is uniquely interested in the Wild Woman within and how we might tap into that well of authentic power held in the womb of each woman. Unfortunately, we often live in cultures that are what Riane Eisler calls “dominator cultures” which translate to the subjugation of women and minorities. Lilith’s Hearth is an intimacy coaching environment where the feminine is honored, reciprocity is at the center, and we co-create the new world that we want to see.
I am a shamanic practitioner and committed to living a life encouraged by Neo-Tantric and sacred sexual ideals. Woven together, these approaches translate to a practice that is about facing our shadows, trusting our inner knowing, learning from our stories, and healing through radically listening to the medicine that our lives have provided us with. My coaching practice is one that focuses on slowing down, finding your personal pleasure, communicating those needs to a partner, and learning the incredible capacities of your body that are not tied to how-to manuals, gurus, or external validation.
